🍕 Kit Napoli for Neapolitan pizza

Cuppone is not only known for its traditional electric pizza ovens. With the Kit Napoli option, the brand offers a configuration designed for professionals who want to get closer to the baking requirements of Neapolitan pizza, while retaining the advantages of a modern electric oven.

The Kit Napoli adapts the oven for more intense baking, with a specific 25 mm baking surface designed to better meet the requirements of this style of pizza. Combined with Cuppone’s precise controls, independent management of the ceiling and baking surface, and the oven’s thermal stability, it helps deliver fast, consistent and controlled baking.

This approach is particularly interesting for pizzerias that want to offer Neapolitan pizza without necessarily installing a wood-fired oven or a traditional dome oven. With models such as the Alpha, equipped with a rotating baking surface, Cuppone combines working comfort, baking consistency and Neapolitan-style results.

The Alpha with Kit Napoli is an electric oven with a rotating baking surface capable of combining precision, performance and baking conditions adapted to Neapolitan pizza. Discover its features to determine whether it suits your working method, production volume and style of pizza.
